    Default Error with ZA servers for Update Junk Mail

    I have Zone Alarm Security Suite version 6.5.737.
    I keep getting a constant window popping up that says:
    Zone Alarm Security Suite Alert.
    Zone Alarm Security Suite needs to check with ZA servers for updated junk mail blocking rules and techiques.
    You are currently not connected to the internet.
    Would you like to connect to the internet now?
    Then I click yes.
    Then in 2 to 3 minutes later I get another pop window saying the same thing.My internet is online and I was never disconnect or offline.
    My setting in Za for Junk Email is enable or On.
    I also receive and send email.Could someone please help me solve this?Thank you!

    Go to the program control section in ZA and make sure that spam filter has internet and trusted access, also make sure the ZA Updating client has the same permissions. Let me know if they are already set that way.

    My Spam Filter
    is set as;
    Custom, Super and all access (Trusted and Internet).Zone Alarm Updating Client
    is set as;
    System, Super and all access (Trusted and Internet).Now both of these are block for the setting of Server (Trusted and Internet).

    It is funny now because I am no longer getting the pop up and I have not changed a thing.
    Would this pop up have anything to do Zone Alarm Servers being down
    at certain times,
    the few days this has happen?

    Its possible. But another thing is there are a lot of backbone routers that are down from power outages. Could be that you just physically couldn't get to the ZA servers in a timely manner and your request was dropping dead. http://www.internettrafficreport.com/main.htmOver the last few days the North America number is slowly getting better.
