I recently renewed ZA and once again find myself unable to open any URL contained in e-mails; I have to disable ZA to open them.
I had this problem last year when I first installed ZA and accessed technical support.
I initially got a very unhelpful reply which I believe required me to edit the registry and was not very understandable by a none technical person.
I wrote back and got a second reply which was easy to understand and was able to fix the problem.
I cannot find that note and am now again having problems with URLs in my e-mails.
