    Default spam mail is not redirected into my spam folder

    Mailfrontier is not redirecting my spam mail into the spam folder. It isn't even treating it as spam. it all stays in my inbox.
    please help.

    Outlook 2003 and ZASS 7

    Hi!have you tried this?-Close Outlook-Turn OFF the ZA junk mail filter (under e-mail protection)- Wait a bit and turn ON it again- Open outlook Does it work now?Fax

    Unfortunately it doesn't. I really don't understand why it is not working. any other ideas?

    Not working as well. Any other ideas?
    Thanx for the help. Other spam filters are working But I want the whole ZASS package.

    Hi!are you sure that in Outlook 2003 the ZA antispam plug-in is enabled?I do not have Outlook installed, but, if I remember well:- In Outlook, click on the HELP menu item and select "About Microsoft Office Outlook"
    - Click on the "Disabled Items..." button on the bottom right of the "About Microsoft Office Outlook" dialog box which appearsDo you see anything there?
