Default Mobile Code Control not working

I have been trying to add stuff to my cart at Newegg.com but cannot. I have narrowed the problem down to the Mobile Code Control.

If I turn off "Mobile Code Control" under: Privacy >>Mobile Code Control, I go to "my cart" successfully.

However; if I enable the Mobile Code Control and then disable it for all the sites under "Site List" using the right click "options" (and all cookies and pop-ups) I still cannot get the Newegg.com site to work correctly.
I have to turn off the Mobile Code Control completely to make it work.

I have cleared all caches and then tried it all again and again. I go to Privacy and select each (and every) site under "Site List" and disable all controls under options (cookies, add blocking and ALL mobile code)

I am using Firefox.

I tried IE7 and it works fine with the Mobile Code Control turned on.

Operating System: Windows XP Pro
Product Name: ZoneAlarm Pro
Software Version: 6.5

Why then do they offer this:
"Netscape and Firefox users: please fill out all fields, then please press your browser's refresh button, THEN click submit."

http://www.zonelabs.com/store/conten...are_report.jsp

So now not only is the anti-spyware feature in ZAP useless so is the Privacy.

Cheers
