I have received virus alert messages from my corporate server Anti-Virus program (Symantec Mail Security) of new viruses found in my zonelabs junkmail and anti-phising folder (see below message).
Maybe this is what the ZL Inbound MailSafe Protection does, but to me, this suggests that even though Outlook crashed, JunkMail is somehow still being filtered. I cannot see it in a junkmail folder in my Outlook but it is out there somewhere.
This might explain why I am not receiving all my emails since installing the 7.0 version upgrade.
Am I wrong? I just uninstalled the 7.0 version and went back to 6.5 since I liked having a proper, working junk mail filter where I could actually look through the junk mail in case an email was not really junk.

Subject of the message: Paypal Notification
The attachment(s) "Message Body" was Denied Access.
This was done due to the following Symantec Mail Security settings:
Rule: Unscannable File Rule (User defined action failed - Deny Access used instead)
