Recently I have not received a number of emails which were definately sent, and from users who I regularly communicate with.
My webhosting company has confirmed that they were sucessfully delivered and suggests that zonealarm may have quarantined them.
However there has been nothing in my junk folder.
I noticed when looking at zonealarm help that quarantined items should go to zone alarm junk folders which automatically set up in Outlook (I am using windows XP and office 2003) but I only have the one outlook junk folder.
Could they be somewhere else, is something else going on?
