    Default Quit working in Outlook 2007

    AntiSpam no longer works in Outlook 2007.
    Zonealarm Suite ver 7.0.337.000
    AntiSpam 4.9.1.8211

    It was working fine then it just quit working. I tried turning it off then back on. Checked the Trust Center in Outlook and it was inactive. I try to turn it back on but it will not work. The ZoneAlarm Junk Mail box is still in place but the menu at the top no longer loads.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition

    I am having this exact problem. I've uninstalled ZA complete with going into the registry to remove items and then did a clean install of ZA.
    After all that ZA still will not launch with Outlook 2007. I also ran the Outlook 2007 repair from the CD and then reinstalled ZA but nada!
    I use to get a ZA splash screen when Outlook 2007 started and now I get nothing. The ZA folders are still in Outlook but no ZA.
    I'm running Windows 7, 64.
    I sure hope someone out there can help or I may have to start exploring Thunderbird.

    I have no problem with MS outlook 2007 on Windows 7 64-bit and ZASS or ZA Extreme Security..

    You may have a Corrupted ZA Database..

    I tried everything you suggested. I even turned off Webroot Spyware Sweeper and tired it again. I ran a Malware check and nothing was found. Tried it again and still nada!
    It worked previously with Spyware running, I don't know what's different.
