    Default Mastercook files are quarantined

My whole collection of Mastercook cookbook files (*.mc2) have been quarantined by mailsafe as type ZMA.
Here is an example: 15_Award_Winning_Cookies_2004_Dallas.Mc2 was renamed 15_Award_Winning_Cookies_2004_DallasMc2.zma
Presumably because these files are actually collections of recipes, MailSafe saw them as a RAR type. The MC2 filetype does NOT APPEAR in the MailSafe quarantine list, so i can't just go in and tell the system to NOT quarantine them. How in the world am I supposed to UN-quarantine what MailSafe has done. When I simply rename the files, and open them in Mastercook, they come up EMPTY, Nada, nothing. You have no idea how many recipes this means. Nowhere in ZoneAlarm documentation do I find any mention of how to UNQUARANTINE the files, except for renaming them. well....... I tried that, and it doesn't work. Does ANYONE have a good idea how to get out of this mess with my files intact??? Now you know why i set my screenname as I have!

double click on the file to open it as you normally would and it should open as normal. If not add MC2 to the extnesion list, and leave it unchecked. That should work for the future.

As my original posting said, I DID rename the file, and when opened there is NOTHING in the file.
There were a number of these files that came thru untouched by Mailsafe (your guess is as good as mine why this is the case) and when I open them they have all the data contained in them.
I did add the Mastercook file extensions to the mailsafe list, but then thought better of it and just disabled mailsafe. I'd rather not take the chance of this happening to any of the rest of my files.
Does anyone else have an answer?
