    Default Yahoo/ATT email forwarding

I just changed from an IP and switched to ATT.
I requested that they forward email from my ATT account to my Outlook Express.
    That works.
However, I have lost my ZA Email Protection.
Is there an explanation and/or a fix for this?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    olemanoz,
What are your settings in ZASS Control Center - Email Protection tab - Main tab?

    olemanoz,
    Possible solutions:
First, Let's see if resetting clears the issue.
Turn off the email settings in ZASS, reboot computer, turn the email settings on.
    What happens?
    Second, If that fails, try
    scanning for malware:
1 - do a full scan in Safe Mode (if you haven't done one before it can take hours)
2 - if that comes up clean then reboot and see if the issue has cleared
3 - If the issue persists after the scan and reboot, do a ZASS database reset

    How to Reset ZASS database:

Be aware by doing this you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.
    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode.
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4. Empty the Recycle Bin
    5. Reboot into the normal mode.

See if this clears the issue,

Findley,I thank you for your assistance and I apologize for not informing you that I followed a suggestion I found elsewhere on the board and resolved my problem close and then reopen routine.
I unfortunately have forgotten the key step of the routine but it was quite simple.Thank you again for your faithfulness.
