I have ZAISS 7.0.462. The ZA Help system clearly states:
To enable or disable E-mail scanning:
Select Anti-virus / Anti-spyware|Main, then click Advanced Options.
The Advanced Options dialog appears.
Under Virus Management, select E-mail Scanning.
Select or clear the Enable E-mail Scanning check box, then click OK.
But the problem is that Under Virus Management, I don't see E-mail Scanning listed.
I only see: Scan Targets, On-Access Scanning, Automatic Treatment, Scan Options, Exceptions.
I've tried doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of ZAISS 7.0.462, but I still don't see the
elusive E-mail scanning option?
I have Outlook 2003 installed on my Windows XP Pro SP2 system.
I have 3 large .PST files. I have not yet configured Outlook to access my POP server.
Could that be a possible reason I'm not seeing the elusive ZA E-mail scanning option?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
