Default 1.occasional loss of ZA toolbar in Outlook 2.reduced effectiveness in e-mail filtering

Occasionally, Outlook loses its ZA toolbar.
Restarting Outlook does not retrieve the toolbar.
For retrieval I resort to restarting the computer.
Is there something I can do to avoid losing the toolbar?
About a week ago, my Outlook Inbox started receiving 5-10 junk emails per day.
    Formerly,
    the Inbox rarely received
    junk email.
My Challenges setting has always been "Low."
    Do you recommend some action?
    Thanks for your help.

Hi!on your point 2: Never use the challenging feature in the ZA junk mail filter. This will only help spammers to know your e-mail is valid and working than (regardless of ZA junk mail), youwill be added to spam e-mail database. This may explain why you get an increased number of spam...Cheers,Fax
