I have contacted SonicWall directly. They own and produce the anti-spam program that ZA uses. The technician said that they can't figure out what is causing the crashing and would like people to send screen dumps. Of course, there is no screen dump to send. I tried compacting. I tried all the suggested solutions. Nothing works. I've given up.
The sad part is that when MailFrontier Desktop (the precursor to SonicWall and ZA spam filtering) was a stand-alone program, it did not cause this problem.
