    Default AntiSpam filter fails to execute in Outlook Express

    I'm running
    Zone alarm Security Suite 7.0.462.000AntiSpam
    version 5.0.6.8903
    When I download new emails into my Outlook express inbox,the antispam filter fails to run.
    I have the antispam tool baron outlook express and have checked my settings but thespam filter is not running.
    Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

    One thing you could try if you have not already is to reset the junk filter and see if that gets things working.
    Outlook Express:Please open ZoneAlarm by double-clicking the ZA icon.
    Click e-mail protection, and turn off the junk e-mail filter.
    Close and re-open Outlook Express.
    Open ZoneAlarm again, and click e-mail protection -&gt; Main.
    Turn on the junk e-mail filter, and click ok if prompted.
    Close and re-open Outlook Express, and see if this resolves the issue.
