    Default Outlook Express Crashes

    Hi,

    Sometimes when I hit reply (or forward, but most often reply) OE closes. If I then re-open the email usually, but not always, is in the outbox and sends normally.

    I have several identities in OE, and it happens with all of them.

    Any ideas?

    The following answer assumes you have the junk filter enabled.

    A couple of posters in that thread have suggested workarounds: compacting folders, leaving a blank message open and lastly turning off the junk filter. Some users have had success with one of the workarounds, others have just turned the junk filter off.     Thanks for the reply. I have tried all suggestions I have seen with no change in OE - if ZA anti-spam is enabled, it freezes OE when it the anti-spam box pops up. I guess my only options are:
    1) Leave anti-spam turned off
    2) Attempt to contact ZA support - should be a good waste of time......
