    Default missing junk email toolbar

I have been reading the various messages about the tool bar missing and tried all of them to no avail.
I have a very old version of Office - 2000.
the suggestions have been for 2003 and 2007 .
Does anyone have a solution to bring back the toolbar in Outlook 2000?
It appears if I restart my computer and then disappears when I close out of Outlook.
I keep my computer on most of the time and don't like to restart it often.
    Thanks.

Yes I read that and it did not apply to Outlook 2000.

So I tried similar things and found something called Sonic in the add in box.
The tool bar often disappears but I figured out how to bring it back by doing that procedure and unclicking the sonic box. Then I reverse and click the Sonic box and Zone Alarm starts up and the tool bar appears.
it is a pain, but I have to do it so I can eliminate some of the junk emails!
