Default ZA SSuite with xp/Outlook 2003 and outgoing mail

    Greetings,
Since the last update whenever I send any email, I get a security alert that says

E-Mail Client ProgramMicrosoft Outlook is trying totransmit e-mail messages.
    Identification:
    Unknown, signedApplication: OUTLOOK.EXEDestination IP: 64.97.131.50:SMTP
I am using hughesnet which is a
    satellite
    internet provider.

I'm just wondering if this is normal because HUGHES is in Maryland,
not Toronto as Hacker check shows.
Might anyone know if this is normal?

BTW-It gave me a few other IP's as well, but this is the one it normally gives.

    Operating System:
    Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:

    Product Name:
    ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    Ok--answered my own question..
Finally got through to tier 2 tech for hughesnet.
Tier 1 DID NOT know, that's why I tried posting here.
The hughes email servers are in Toronto, they use TUCOWS.
    Who would have thought?
