Default Outlook 2007, add-in disabled

Hi

I cannot get the ZoneAlarm tool bar to appear.

Have seen other posts in these forums, and tried various options around "junk email filter, off-> on"

Problem it seems, is that Outlook regards the plug-in "disabled application add-in".

If in outlook 2007, i go to trust centre, add-ins, Go, "Sonic Wall - Anti Spam desktop" remove
it gives impression its removed, buton opening outllok it reappears again

If I run up Outlook on Vista under admin account (I normally run as std user), ZA toolbar can be made to come up.
I'm thinking this might be a Vista "feature" ?

Thanks in advance

Hi

Your response is not addressing the question

In Mircorosft Outlook 2007 -> Tools -> Trust Centre
Under the heading "Diasable Application add-ins"
The mlfoshim.dll appears

if I then click GO -> Select the addin (selecting the tick box), then when i go back in, it remains under disabled
if I then click GO -> Select the addin (selecting the tick box), "Remove" , it appears to remove, but when I exit outlook
and go back into the above menu options it reappears under diasbled add-ins

However - under a different user account (admin account on Vista), it is all working fine

Please advise how i can get this working again

I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling ZoneAlarm multiple times?

Thanks

Hi again - well I have no idea in outlook 2007 how you are seeing a menu option of "Tools" called manage Add-ins (outlook 2003 only I beleive). However I have discovered "Help" -> "Disabled items". Zonealalrm showed up there as disabled. Selected Reenabled, restarted outlook and its working. Go figure ...

Thanks

I believe you can do the same from... Tools/Customize/toolbars in Outlook 2007
