Default need help in getting my emal attachment

Recently I received an email, when I tried to get
    its attachment from the
email server, which is logged on by http
    page, the link can
    be clicked, but the
    new page pop up
told me "you have no permission to view this page" (something like this, because I can only see the content in Chinese), but when shut my ZA down, it's all right, the attachment can be downloaded smoothly.
    Is there anybody who has
    met this before?
    And please tell
    me how to resolve this.

1.) since you can access the Email via HTTP web-page when ZA is turned off..?Here are several things to check on your ZA Control Center..
2.) make sure that your Email Client and your Browser have both Trusted and Internet Access and Send Mail Access in the ZA Program Control/program tab..

NOTE: Make sure all of the following Programs have Trusted and Internet access (2 Green Check Marks):
a.) All Microsoft and Windows Programs have Green Check marks for Trusted and Internet Access..
b.) Generic Host Process for win32 Services (svchost.exe) also allow Trusted Server Rights (no Internet Server Rights)
c.) IE Crash Detectiond.) Internet Explorer or FireFox
    e.) Malicious Software Removal Tool
f.) True Vector Service (If it is listed)
    g.) Zone Alarm Client
    h.) Zone Alarm Updating Client
i.) Your Email Client needs Trusted, Internet accessand Send Mail all need Green check Marks.

3.) Check the Email Protection Section..
a.) the Mail Tab first option when Enabled, Monitors all your Email to make sure you don't open a Email with a Virus/Trojan or Keylogger attached..
b.) The attachment Section list all types of attachments..
