Default Disable AntiSpam filter in Outlook

I use Outlook 2003 just for my managing my contacts and Thunderbird for my emails. So I need the anti spam email filter for TB, but not for Outlook. And I want to uninstall it as it as it uselessly screens Outlook for mails and slows it down.
Now everytime I unclick the AntiSpam Add-on button in Outlook it comes back again once I restart Outlook. This is annoying.
How can I definitely stop the antispam add-on from running in Outlook ? I can't uninstall the mantispm.exe as I want to use the filter in TB.

    Cheers,
    Frank

    Hello,
Only way I know to turn off mantispm.exe is to go into Zone Alarm and click Email Protection and on the Main Page tab turn off Junk Email Filter. That turns off mantispm.exe

But this also turns off the email filtering in Thunderbird which I don't want because ZA effectively filtered bad emails. Any other idea ?
