Default How Do I Tell ZAISS That Certain E-Mail is NOT Phishing?

I get daily updates by e-mail from my investment broker, Schwab. They come from SchwabAlerts.MyPortfolio@schwab.com.

ZAISS consistently deletes these important messages as Phishing Mail. I have added the address to my white list, I've told ZAISS to allow the sender AND the sender's company 1000 times, I've undeleted the messages repeatedly, but still the messages are zapped as phishing, which they definitely are not. I want these messages, and indeed I NEED them.

Is there some master list somewhere? Who do I contact to fix this?

    Thanks.

    Hi,
I'm not sure this will help. But on my XP Pro/ZASS/Microsoft Outlook
It also put my broker in the phising folder.. IIRC...I opened the ZA'sphishing folder ( in the Outlook folder list) clicked on that email andclicked whatever it said to allow it and since then
it has always madeit to the inbox...
