I have this problem on all my
6 ZoneAlarm paid subscriptions [XP-Pro ZA 7.0].I frequently find that when I bring Outlook Express up, the ZoneAlarm Junk email toolbar [and therefore the filter function] is not activated, and I must close Outlook, disable and re-enable the filter.I don't always catch this before I download new email, and then must hand sort the junk.Is there a fix available [or on the way] to correct this.I can't believe, since I am seeing this on 6 systems, that I am alone.Everything on my systems is fully up to date.
