This happened to me the first time I loaded ZA 7 and it resolved itself.
I have recently updated to ZA 8.0.059 and it is now happening again.
The workaround takes too much time.
How do I set ZA to allow me to reply to an email that I have accepted into my Inbox?
This is what happens exactly:
I open an email, read it and hit "reply" to respond.
The whole application (Outlook Express) closes.
Now I know that it is not OE as I never had this problem before I added ZA ISS.
