    Default I do not have the Zone Alarm junk email filter

    I'm using a new HP (2 weeks old) with Windows Professional XP SP 2.
    Last night I downloaded, paid for, and installed Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite.
    I previously was running the trial version and I had the junk email filter in my Outlook 2000 toolbar.
    This morning when I logged onto the computer for the first time to read my email, I noticed that I didn't have the box in the middle of the screen that said "Zone Alarm" and had the green bar moving across box.
    (I guess this is the Sonic Wall box?)
    I have been reading about how to get the junk email filter back by right clicking on the Outlook toolbar, but it doesn't say anything about the Zone Alarm addin.
    I have also read about turning off the junk mail filter, waiting about 30 seconds, then turning it on again and re-opening Outlook.
    That also doesn't work.
    Do you think there's a possibility that the download didn't work and/or install correctly?

    I'm a real novice and am not willing to go into the registry or anything like that.
    Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

    Actually, I did try that a couple of times yesterday, but I still couldn't get the filter back.
    However, this morning after opening Outlook I see that the filter is there.
    Maybe it just took a total computer "turnoff" and sitting overnight to let things get up to speed.
