Default Mail Server in Trusted Zone

If I want to add e-mail server to the Trusted zone of my Firewall's / Zones panel. Can I enter my server's URL from my Outlook Accounts in add Host/Site and do a lookup for IP Address to add to Trusted Zone, or is this not essential in Trusted Zone.

    Please Advice
