    Default Junk E-Mail Not Filtering

    I am using Outlook for e-mail and Security Suite 8.0. Although I use the junk mail filter to block both the sender and the sender's company, I still get junk mails from them. What else do I need to do? May I also suggest an option that would allow the user to block e-mails that has certain language in them such as "get rich quick", "work at home", etc. Thanks!!

    No solution, maybe someone from Zonealarm can respond.

    I have a similar issue, same software The junkmail filter worked OK, until 30 January 2009. Since then it has detected nothing!

    As far as I am aware there were no software changes that day except an update for Windows Defender definition 1.49.2750.0

    Like you, I am just a user.
    I have read in many posts here that ZoneAlarm (CheckPoint) employees do not participate
    on or monitor
    these forums.
    Even the Gurus are just experienced, knowledgeable users.

    I have just installed the latest update & all seems to be OK now.

    It was interesting that the new version was 80_059_000, which is the same version number as the one it replaced, dated late 2008.
