Default Can't see Anti-Junk Mail toolbar

I am using ZoneAlarm's (ZASS 8.0.298) Junk Mail Filter. It comes up and appears to be working just fine.

However, I can't see the toolbar. And it is NOT listed in the View Toolbars menu.

Sometimes, but not always, it will reappear if I shut down Outlook (Outlook 2007 with all patches & updates) and restart it. Even when it is visible it DOES NOT appear in the View Toolbars menu.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks--OwlCat

Try this..1.) Shut down outlook 2007
2.) in ZA Email Protection main page, make sure all three options are turned ON..If all three were ON, the Turn Email Junk Filter OFF, wait a minute then Turn back ON..3.) Startup Outlook 2007, The Toolbars should now be in outlook and ZA Junk filter Popup on Startup of outlook should apear..3.)

    Thank you, George.

    That works.

If you or anyone else has any ideas about why this happens and/or how to prevent it, I would be very grateful in hearing about them.

    Best Regards--Owlcat

1 and 2 are both things I tend to ignore. I will be more careful in the future. Thanks for your wisdom.

I tried this but it did not work for me. Is it possible that I could have blocked the emailspam program? What program is it?

    Any other suggestions?
