    Default Email filter not working

    Hi, my email filter isn't working.
    I've tried turning it off, waiting a minute, then turning it back on but no luck.
    I've also tried scaning the inbox manually using Zonealarm options - scan selected folder, but no luck.
    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    Try turning the email filter OFF -->Reboot the computer; then turn the email filter ON and reboot. See if this resets the filter and clears the issue. This worked for another user.
