    Default Spam Filter

    Hello
    I have the following problem:
All e-mail messages are downloaded into the inbox of MS Outlook 2007, even those from blocked senders and they are not moved to the Junk Mail folder. However, if I then scan the inbox folder manually, the Junk Mail is spotted and moved to the Junk Mail folder.
    Any ideas?
By the way my specs are Windows XP pro SP and ZASS 8.0.298.035
    Thanks

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

I don't know if it helps at all, but if I try to install and then re-install manually mlfoshim.dll, I receive a message that mlfoshim.dll is not a valid office addin
    Thanks

Ok. I finally figured it out but I have no idea how to go around it. I have Greek office and outlook. It seems ZA antispam will only load at start up if it sees an "inbox" folder. However, since my inbox folder is in Greek, it does not recognize it and it does not load.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi!I don't think there is a way out to your problem. The ZA junk mail filter by Sonicwall only support English versions of outlook. You could cross check via the ZA technical support. Link in my signature. May be there is a fix? Please report back on the ZA response. It could help other users.Cheers,Fax

The only solution I found so far is to create a new folder in outlook, called 'inbox' and then direct all new emails to that folder through the account settings of outlook. Not too bad a solution I think, if one doesn't mind having an extra folder called inbox together with the rest of the local language folder. Personally I don't mind.

No, it works normally. The antispam module "finds' the inbox folder that is looking for and it scans it for spam. Since all new mail is delivered there, it is scanned for spam automatically.
By the way, tech support could not come up with any other solution.
