Since the original topic has been locked, I
have started this new one to provide some updated information to the other users who are also experiencing this problem.
I have an existing open case file (# 6126) with the ZoneAlarm Second Level Escalation team.
Yesterday, I installed the latest version of ZASS (8.0.400.020) and tested for the problem.
The problem still occurs with this latest version.
I have reported my findings to the Escalation team via my case number email so they may update their records.
