    Hi

This may work, but maybe not.....

Find servicers.exe in the Program list of the ZA and block the trusted/internet access. Get a location of where it is and a possible what it is.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT servicers.exe IS NOT MALWARE BEFORE DELETING IT. It could be a hardware driver or part of a neccessary program. So just find out if it malicious or not before deleting it.

Find the servicers.exe (?) in the PC and right click to get to properties and see the tine/date/owner/version/etc of the application. Make a paper note of all the info.

Do a file and folder search using Windows for servicers.exe and any related items.. Use all of the Options in the Advanced Search. Save the results for later. Possible locations are the Documents and Settings, WINDOWS directoty amd the C\Programs. ALSO JUST CHECK THE Add/Remove Programs IN THE CONTROL PANEL, and if found just uninmstall it.

    Download/install the freeware CCleaner from

    http://www.majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_S...ish_d4191.html

and download/save/donotuseonly for later (this is freeware).

    http://www.majorgeeks.com/LSP-Fix_d4180.html

and download.install/update the freeware SuperAntiSpyWare from ..

    http://www.superantispyware.com/

Open the IE6 and look under the Tools for "Manage Add-ons" and in the dropdown use the Addons that have been used by Internet Explorer. Find any thing that is related to servicesr.exe and disable it. What does not translate into a clear understood answer just google and find out what it is.

    Download freeware BHO Clean from..

    http://www.xptools.net/bhocleaner.htm

Okay Now boot into Safe Mode (with networking).

Run the SuperAntiSpy and remove any nasties.

Run the BHO Clean and remove any nasties.

Run the CCleaner and remove all filesfound (including the advanced option of all within 48 hrs.) And run the Issues and delete all found. Note if CCleaner does not appear in Start> All Programs when in the Safe Mode, then just open the ccleaner.exe in the CCleaner folder in the C\Programs folder. This will work.

Check the search again for the servicers.exe and remove/delete all. Run the CCleaner's Issues again.

Run the LSP Fix and find out if any nasty is sitting in the LSP and if there is then follow it up and fix that. This soft may not work in Safe Mode so try in the Normal Mode after the reboot.

Open the Registry and use the Find in the View in the Toolbar using servicers.exe/ and related dll's and related exe's and delete. Be very careful since the regedit may present services.exe often instead of servicers.exe.

    Reboot.

Run the LSP Fix if unable in the Safe Mode. Run the BHO Clean if it failed in the Safe Mode. Run the ZA antispy and ZA antivirus.

Take the IE6 and go to bitdefender.com amd do an online scan (free0. Continue with an online scan from ewido (free)..

    Hi

Check the ZA logs for any strange oubound or inbound connections made by servicers.exe or any strange new sites or servers addresses. This may help also.
