BTW BE SURE TO KEEP A RECORD OF MALWARE/INFECTIONS!
THIS WILL BE NEEDED TO CLEANUP THE FILES, EXES, DLLS, AND REGISTRY KEYS THAT LEFT AFTER THE REMOVAL OF THE MALWARE/INFECTIONS!

Oldsod rectifier doesn't have net access for the infected box. rectifier what you could do is download the programs suggested here with your net capable computer then burn the programs to cd ,install on the infected computer and go through the steps outlined here.Try cleaning your computer without disabling system restore if the infection keeps coming back then disable and start all over again with the cleaning process. System restore may be needed so disabling is a last resort for me anyway.

thanks greb,,you must have read my mind..thats what ive been doing for the last hour..transfering from my disc to his computer...evry program i use finds tons of stuff..bazooka found mummer.worm, windows adcontrol,, wuamqrd.worm
the pc is a few years old and dont have the dual partition HD..so i cant reformat on the fly... or that would be the option...i guess im right because when i tap f11 upon restart nothing happens?
