I have had an attack on my computer about four days ago.
I was one of the user accounts and this "vmmdiag32.exe" kept on popping up and zonelabs would quarantine this.
It would keep on coming back and zonelabs would do the same thing, so I deleted the account and now when I log on my other accounts I get an error message saying,"WIndows cannot find "vmmdiag32.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search." When I do search for it in My Computer it cannot be found. I would like to know how to get ride of this error message.
I try to do System Restore it says, "You do not have sufficient secuirty privileges to restore your system.
Please contact your administrator, or logout and log in again as an administrator and try again.
I am on a administrator account.
right click My Computer and go to properties there is no System Restore tab.
I have also C:\_RESTORE\ under Run it says, "C;\_RESTORE refoers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sire that the dish is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again.
If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.
My ZonAlarm Security Suite version is 6.1.744.001
I have not updated ZoneAlarm.
Please help me I have many problems and I am very bad with computers. Thanks so much, David.
