Default Treatment error, no treatment available

Zonelabs was scanning virus on my computer and 2 active items came up with
    a treatment error.
I don't know what do do now.
    Can you PLEASE help me?
I don't want my computer to get infected and damaged.
The name of the 2 viruses are:
    JS.MS06-014!exploit
    Please help....
A pop-up from Internet Explorer came up and said to download malware, but I didn't know what it was so closed the box.
My dad told me not to download anything unless it is from you (Zonelab) or Microsoft.
I thought it was something from Internet Explorer.
Now I am thinking that I should have downloaded it, is that right?
    Is it too late?
    PLEASE HELP!
    Thank you for your assistance!

Run Panda's ActiveScanfrom http://www.pandasoftware.com/actives..._principal.htm and perform a full system scan.
    - Once you are on the Panda site click the "Scan your PC" button
    - A new window will open...click the big "Check Now" button
    - Enter your Country
    - Enter your State/Province
    - Enter your e-mail address- Select either Home User or Company
    - Click the big Scan Now button
    - If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
    - It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It will take a couple minutes)
    - Click on "Local Disks" to start the scan
    - Post Panda scan results in your next replyIt is a good idea to keep these type of online tools bookmarked. Sometimes scanners won't get everything, but others scanners may pick up on it. If that still doesn't work try going to http://forum.malwareremoval.com/viewforum.php?f=11
