Default can't get rid of Trojan-Spy.HTML.Bayfraud.ek

ZL catches it, quarantines it, but keep re-appearing and changes location in Application Data folder
    Keeps generating in Document and Settings\All users\Application Data\PC Tools\Temp\DSC(changes)*.ptmp
deletion of this folder just generates it again after re-boot.
Afraid to log in to anything with this virus watching.
    Help.

This file sounds like it is in the Spam folder of the PC Tools Antispam software? Your antispam protection will proabaly recreate this folder (after you have deleted it) at each windows startup, just for having a folder to store bad emails and spam.

It is probably a phishing type of email. It is not dangerous unless you click the links in that email or reply to it. Not a real threat to anybody else or anything else. Try cleaning out your your spam guard's folder and see if the next scan still find it. On the other hand, you get be just getting bad emails all the time.
