Default Upgraded to ZASS 7.0 found an infection with not-a-virus:Downloader.Win32.DigStream

I am running WinXP home edition, newest version ZASS.
Infection is now in Quarentine, can it do any more harm? What does this do?
    Thanks

It means the files are contained and isolated from the rest of the PC. If these are malware, then it is safe to remove these.
