Default Win32.Applications.Adware.WinAntiVirus another False Positive, or more info

ZoneAlarm Internet Security AntiSpyware quarantined Win32.Applications.Adware.WinAntiVirus 5 days ago, 11 days ago, and more than 90 days ago.
I see a forum thread from 4/2007 that showed this as a false positive for Microsoft's capicom.dll.
Could this be another false positive now?
Furthermore, how do I find out the specifics of what ZA is finding.
More Info takes me to a generic ZA page about Trojans, and the Log Viewer shows nothing of these or any events.
Logging, by the way, is set to On and High (log everything).

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

But if you want a freeware easy to use scanner, then download the superantispyware from http://www.superantispyware.com/ and update after the install and run it in both the safe mode and the normal mode.
