    Default Malware: Exploit.JS.RealPlr.am

I just received an alert from Zone Alarm Security Suite saying that I was infected with malware called "Exploit.JS.RealPlr.am".

    That's the good news.

The bad news is that ZA was unable to delete it.

Has anyone found a way to get rid of it or render it harmless?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    Hi!
ZA have blocked the exploit but probably you have still the file in JS or in temp folders.
It should be enough to remove it from the JS temp folder and internet browser temp folders.

If you do not know how to clean your JS machine, just download and run ccleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/download/bui...wnloading-slim) and it should do the job for you.

May be running on it SAFE MODE could also solve the issue of locked file.

    Cheers,
    Fax
