    Anyone had this problem? Looking for a fix please help.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    What the heck does that all mean? I checked it out there but to no avail.Should zonealarm not have a fix for this 1? its been out for a while. Thanx.

    Sorry I should of given you a better explanation. What this means is I would like you to follow the directions in the previous post, submit a hijackthis log so people who are trained in removing malware can give you the proper help. If you want to attempt and remove yourself try this.
    Download a squared free http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/ install and run the updater
    Download Superantispyware free http://www.superantispyware.com/ install and run the updater
    Update your AV
    Turn off system restore
    Start your computer in safe mode
    Run a full system scan with the av first remove any malware found
    reboot back into safe mode
    Run a full system scan with A squared remove any malware found
    reboot back into safe mode
    Run a full system scan with Superantispyware remove any malware found
    reboot your computer normally
    If you are satisfied the malware has been removed enable system restore. If you are still infected follow the previous instructions and post a hijackthis log at bleepingcomputer.com
