Default Hi, I'm trying to install the program CrossLoop, but ever...

Hi,I'm trying to install the program CrossLoop, but every time I want to start the installation file, ZoneAlarm prevents the installation and gives me the message that the program I want to install is Mallware. Is there indeed something wrong with the installation file (I downloaded it from the original website)? How can I convince Zonealarm that it is safe to install this program?

    Hi!
actually the file is not marked as malicious but as:

    "not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.WinVNC-based.h"

You should be able to run it anyway if you answer to the pop-up window detection with "ignore always"

To know more about "not-a-virus" thread see here:

Hello Fax,I managed to install the program by putting the program control slider to the off position prior the installation. After installation I put it back to max.everything seems to work now.
    Thanks for the help.
