I am using the Zone Alarm Security Suite, purchased 11 months ago. The Spam filter works great and does a great job of filtering the 200+ spams I receive each day. As I go through the emails that are allowed, many of them are also spam, so I just press the "Junk" button and they are moved to the junk folder.
However, about one third of the time, I press the "Junk" button and nothing happens to that spam email, and it will not go away until I press the "Delete" button. It's like the spammers have figured out a way to defeat the "Junk" button. Does anyone here have a remedy for this?
