    Default email size

I use Eudora mail client. I use Firefox browser. I used adobe 6 to create a PDF file to email. The size of the PDF file is 2.5 meg. Eudora warns me when a file is large. With no text added to the message Eudora tells me the size is 3.521 meg. The recipient can not open the attachment They get "Adobe Reader could not open File.pdf because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged ( for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn t correctly decoded)."

I copied the pdf file to my laptop and sent it from there and they got the attachment and were able to open it.

ZoneAlarm hasn't found any problems on my PC for a long time. I do keep it up to date. Can you help me?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

As far as I know, the ZAISS does not work with email clients other than what is available from MS or from Windows. The Eudora and the Thundebird are not supported email client by the ZAISS.

Seems to be more of an Adobe or pdf creation issue, not a ZA issue.
Definitely not a ZA malware issue.

    Best regards.
