I loaded ZA Security Suite 80_059_000 and downloaded to latest anti-virus and anti-spyware updates to clean up a system running Windows XP SP3 Home Edition. The virus scanner found Trojan.Win32.Monderb.xmc in C:\Windows\System32\ijJYRiIy.dll and was not able to treat it.
tried to manually delete, rename, and unregister the DLL in normal as well as safe mode without success.
I've run searches on the trojan and the DLL but haven't found much information. I only found a blog that mentioned the trojan has been added to the database of an antivirus app by the name of F-secure.
Anyone have any ideas on how I might neutralize this thing or when ZA might have an update that'll take care of it?
Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.
