Default Embird 2008 Installation finds Backdoor.Win32.Bifrose.apzz

I recently upgraded my wife's PC with Embird 2008 Build 8.4 (http://embird.com/sw/embird/newdown.htm).
As instructed I uninstalled Embird 2006 and then installed Embird 2008.
When doing so, I received a message from Zone Alarm that it had found and quarantined a virus named Backdoor.Win32.Bifrose.apzz.
After that Embird 2008 would not load.
The publisher responded as follows and stated that his software has been thoroughly tested:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Some antivirus program used to do false alarms. Please try to decrease sensitivity of such very vehement antivirus program.
I recommend you not to use free or cheap antivirus programs.

Can anyone help me
with a solution?
Thanks,

Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
Software Version:8.0
Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

Hi!see here below how to report false positives:http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...essage.id=3780If it is virus detection and you have still problems you can exclude the file from the on access scanning under the ZA Antivirus/antispyware tab --> Advanced settings --> Virus Management --> ExceptionsCheers,Fax

Thanks for the solution.
I was able to create an exception in ZA and everything loaded correctly.

Hi!still is important to report to Kaspersky the false positive. The exclusion can be a backdoor for malware to enter your system.Cheers,Fax
