Default The Firewall has blocked 0 access attempts..???

Under the Inbound Protection section of the overview settings it says that it hasn't blocked any access attempts. I'm sure this is wrong but i don't know why. Why isn't my firewall working? Is it because i have another one running that i'm not aware of? And if so, how do I take it off???

    Inbound Protection:
The firewall has blocked 0 access attempts.

    Outbound Protection:
78 program(s) secured for Internet access.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro
    Software Version:6.0

You are probably behind a NAT enabled router on a LAN. The router is a hardware firewall and it is doing the blocking.
