Thread: TrueVector Security Service is shut down

    Default TrueVector Security Service is shut down

    The icon in the tray says, "TrueVector Security Service is shut down". When I click the icon, it states, "System error: Please reboot" which I have done now several times. The software remains shut down. This started after the software "caught" a virus last night. I have not been manipulating it's settings. Any suggestions as to how to get it reactivated?Thanks/

    I've got exactly the same problem. Everytime I re-boot, it just says 'System Error: Please Reboot', which is about as much help as a chocolate kettle ! It has also 'locked down' my system, as it says, 'for my own protection', so I am unable to use the Internet.
