One of the nice things about ZA is the ability to block address ranges under the Firewall - Zones tab. Here is a list of IP ranges that should help many ZA users block unwanted access attempts. In most cases, only the top of the address range is given but with the few exceptions in the list they should all be entered in the form:
XX.0.0.0 - XX.255.255.255
126.96.36.199 - 188.8.131.52
184.108.40.206. - 220.127.116.11
These address ranges will block Asian-Pacific, African, and Russian registered sites where many unwanted access attempts originate, and where few North American or European internet users wish to browse. If access is ever needed to these IP ranges, all it takes is a click on Firewall - Zones to change the access from 'Blocked' to 'Internet' and the user-set system Internet Options will apply. Be careful not to set any of these IP ranges to 'Trusted.'
