Default Internet lock automaticlly turns itself on. How do I stop it from turning itself on?

When I am browsing the Internet the Internet Lock turns on many times during short pauses of activity. when
I are using the internet if I stop entering new info or pause
    searching,
the internet lock will turn itself on without warning and we lose entered data or "this page cannot be displayed" pops up. Is there any way
I can keep it from turning itself on?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro

What I think is happening is that your IP is not being renewed rather than the ZASS Internet Lock being engaged. The results are the same. Try adding your DHCP server IP to the Trusted zone in your ZASS > Firewall > Zones panel. Here's how you find the IP in case you do not know.

Finding DNS and DCHP servers, etc

    1. Go to Run type in command , hit 'ok', and type ipconfig /all then press enter. In the returned data list will be a line DNS and DHCP Servers with the IP address(s) listed out to the side.
    2. In ZA on your machine on the Firewall>Zones tab click Add and then select IP Address. Make sure the Zone is set to Trusted.
    3. Click OK and then Apply and see if that works to fix it..
