    Default Occasional worrying ZoneAlarm message after desktop logon.

    After logging onto my Windows 2000 Server operating system, I occassionally get a longer than usual start up time for ZoneAlarm accompanied by a ZoneAlarm message box as follows:

    Caption='ZoneAlarm'
    Message='Please stand by...'
    'ZoneAlarm is initializing.'
    'This window will close once ZoneAlarm initializes, within minutes.'
    ''
    'You may click Cancel to shut down ZoneAlarm.'

    During this period it seems all IP traffic is blocked.

    I am wondering if there is anything suspect about this message box since I cannot understand why anyone would want to shutdown their firewall on startup.

    I would appreciate if someone could reassure me that this message is ok.

    Thanks.

    Operating System:Windows 2000 Server/Adv Server
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)
    Software Version:5.x
