The golden rule of thumb in computer security is to never run two software firewalls together as they will produce conflicts with each other. There is no additional benefit to having two firewalls running concurrently. You will just have alot of troubles and headaches in the future instead because of these conflicts. That is why every third-party firewall that is installed will automatically switch off Windows Firewall and that is the way it should be.
