What are the alerts? Unknown program trying to access the net from your computer or are the alerts incoming probes?

The message says 1726 intrusion have been blocked 4 are high- rated. I have scanned my computer with every spy ware you can imagine and i do believe that I do-not have any more keylogger programs installed. Im just wanting toknow that they cant see me information any more.
